宝塔安装pm2 失败，提示错误：unable to access 'https://github.com

centos7下宝塔面板里安装pm2管理器，结果显示完成，一刷新还是显示：安装。

进入ssh，查看错误

cat /tmp/panelExec.log
显示：
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/creationix/nvm.git/': Encountered end of file
更新git ：
yum update nss curl git -y
重新到宝塔安装PM2，还是一样的错误。

centos 做update更新：
yum update
再到宝塔后台安装PM2，成功安装！
